There are 3 things I do every single day and have for quite some time now that I just absolutely LOVE and have felt a massive shift within myself through the consistent show up to them. Now, with all new things and flows you implement into your life it takes commitment and consistency to make it a daily habit. I am/was no different. I am human...so for me I really create intentional commitments to trying new things I desire and I put in the effort/time so that I can truly assess if it adds value to my life.
When I first started to show up to these practices on the daily I was doing them, but not every single day...that was until I made a promise with myself to show up to these 3 things for 30-days and THEN I would reassess how I felt, how it impacted me, what changes I noticed, and what it added to my life.
My FAVE thing to teach my clients for really effective flows within their practices is to compound their practices together. What that means is choosing practices and tools that compliment each other, flow together with ease, and help you to get more efficiency out of the amounts of time spent on the things you desire to do. Compounding your practices is super helpful, especially if you are a busy person or a busy momma like I am.

These aren't the ONLY things I do each day, but these are 3 days that I share with you to give you 3 things you can do right now to optimize your life. AND, what's even cooler? You can compound them into ONE practice and do them together. How's that for optimizing and compounding practices?
So, here are my 3 practices that truly help me to optimize my life and my health:
Daily Sun
Morning, afternoon, and evening (sunset) sunlight in my eyes and on my bare skin. I do not wear my contacts, glasses, sunnies, OR sunscreen when I am intaking my sunlight.
I teach more in depth around the benefits of morning, afternoon, and evening sunlight in my private membership community and with my 1:1 coaching clients, BUT all 3 times of the day hold different light rays and frequencies....all of which are IMPACTFUL and BENEFICIAL for our health. I teach all things about sun and how it optimizes your health in my private mentorship and coaching containers. Some of the things the sun holds for us and helps with is:
Circadian Rhythm health Digestion Mitochondria Health Vitamin D production (yes, your body makes it own. During afternoon sun with NO glasses/contacts or sunscreen on. I help others understand how to properly build up their "sun callous" so they do not burn and get the Vitamin D benefits) Melatonin Production Hormonal Health Cortisol Balancing Blood Sugar Regulation Boosts Energy Levels
Helps with Cognitive Function
I make it a point to go out 3 times a day to get the different sunlight components and I try to eat as many meals as I can while outside as well.
Daily Earthing
Getting outside several times a day and putting my bare feet on the grass or laying on the ground on top of a blanket is an important part of my daily flow.
Being immersed and help while spending time with nature, the Earth, the elements, the sky, the sun, plants, and animals always brings me into a state of ease and regulation.
I've been a nature and outdoor lover since I could remember. I've always had a deep connection to energies all around me when I'm outside and just simply being. It's probably why my soul was led almost 10 years ago to the path of someone who would eventually take me under their wing and teach me all they knew within the world of Shamanism. It felt natural, it felt second nature to me.
Earthing (or as some call it, Grounding) has a whole host of benefits such as:
Reduces inflammation
Helps to calm the nervous system
Discharges excess energy charge in the body
Brings more energy/life force
Brings about a sense of peacefulness
Calms the heart rate
Reduces Blood Pressure
Helps with digestion Neutralizes free radicals
Helps with chronic pain
Helps with stress
Helps with anxiety
Improves blood flow
Boosts Vitality
You can also receive these benefits as you swim in water (nature body's of water are always best).
Morning Solitude
I truly feel that EVERYONE needs to take 10-15 min each morning before the house stirs awake or the hustle of life starts in on the day.
I am a busy mom of 3 and one of those being a 2-year old toddler. So, time to self isn't always a consistent factor in my day to day life. I also run 2 biz's, run a podcast, check-in with my coaching clients, and am an avid creator.....so starting my day off each morning with 15-min of quiet solitude has been a game changer for me.
I wake up each day, set-up my coffee enema space with my blankets, pillow, journal, and red light therapy panel. Then go downstairs to start the coffee "butt brew" (ha ha), grab my fresh pressed juice, hot herbal tea, blanket, and then head outside for my 15-min of sunrise sun in my eyes, earthing, and solitude.
While I sit outside in silence I pray, listen to the birds, look at the morning sky, sip my juice and hot tea, and am just present.
Starting my day off with morning sun, earthing, and solitude have been such game changers for me. I crave it. I look forward to it. I show up for it with immense gratitude.
Doing these 3 things together, each and every morning, have created such a beautiful way for me to step into my day and the rest of my morning practices.
I choose to get up earlier than my kids so that I can have this space to myself with no interruptions and I can be 100% with self and what I am doing. That energy infusion into what I'm showing up for is so important to me.
Shifting the energy of vitality in your life doesn't have to be complicated or hard. Basic, simple practices have PROFOUND impact. I will always start clients I'm working with on some really grounded, basic principles and THEN troubleshoot what we have left with other skill sets that I have in my back pocket.
Don't think that because it looks "too easy" or "too simple" that it will not work.
